Flour to the People is a democratically-controlled syndicate organized around a stone mill nestled deep in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We are dedicated to producin nutritious and flavorful foods using traditional stone milling techniques and organic grains. We offer a range of foods from all-purpose bread flours to pizza dough flours, buckwheat pancake mixes to corn grits and oatmeal.
