Einkorn Flour
Einkorn (German for 'single grain') easily dates back 10,000 years making it one of the oldest cultivated grains in the world. A phenomenal addition to any baker's arsenal (and particulary fantastic in bread) einkorn has never been hybridized and is generally much easier to digest than modern varieties of wheat and offers a distinct, signature flavor.
